At Tumhari Pasand Tea, we value customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, here’s how we can help:

  1. Eligibility for Return

– Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

– Products must be unused and reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

– Due to hygiene and food safety, opened tea packs cannot be returned.

  1. Refunds

– Refunds are processed after inspection of returned products.

– Amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  1. Replacement

– If eligible, we can send a replacement instead of a refund.
